At times during the coaching process, an individual or team will find that they need to rapidly master new skills to cope with the demands of a new role, opportunity or strategy.
For some clients, accelerated learning becomes a critical need at times of dramatic change. The ability to understand and respond to sudden changes in the business cycle, market or competitive landscape can define competitive advantage and even survival.
To meet these urgent needs, we have pioneered a unique approach to learning. By applying psychological understanding to the learning process, and by integrating advanced technology, we have created a highly accelerated learning pathway.
By giving clients rapid cycles of real time feedback via instant video playback, self awareness is increased, learning cycles are accelerated, and new skills are rapidly mastered.
Delivery
Delivery formats are tailored to the client. They can include workshops and modular staged programmes. Accelerated learning can also be integrated into the normal course of coaching. Learning is supported by individual DVDs that record the learning journey and enable recall and integration of the newly mastered skills.
Accelerated learning programmes can be delivered as a stand alone service by our specialist delivery teams.
Applications
